Vote Terms and Conditions

 

  1. By entering the free prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. The free prize draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and immediate families of Potato Council, the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, associated companies, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  4. No third party or club entries accepted.
  5. All entries must be either completed on-line, or on a voting card found in participating chip shops. A list of shops is available at www.chips.lovepotatoes.co.uk
  6. Only one entry per household. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or that cannot be delivered for any technical delivery or other reason.
  8. There is one prize of a chip supper, with a total maximum value of £150, within the UK; no alternatives are available. Further details are available on request’.
  9. The competition closing time is 12/02/12 at midnight. Postal votes must arrive no later than Tuesday 14th February 2012. Entries received after this date will be deemed null and void.
  10. The winner will be chosen by random selection by an independent person.
